With great joy and deep respect for the history of the place, we aim to create a space for connection and enjoyment – for those who live here and all who like to visit.
Rooted in the Region – Open to the World
We are committed to using the natural treasures of our region: local products, prepared with love and served with pride.
While our roots are regional, we occasionally take a little culinary detour: on some days, even a saltwater fish finds its way into our kitchen – a counterpoint to an otherwise very local menu.
Our beverage selection reflects this philosophy: most of our wines and specialties come from the surrounding area.
